3/4 ton truck gas mileage - what is normal?
I have a 99 Ram 2500 V10, it gets 12 maybe 13 mpg tops, while not towing. I have a 7700lb trailer I tow with it. I am looking to update my truck... I am aware that I am at the upper limit of most 1/...

You make me want to go diesel... but I've never had one and don't know much about them.
I have been looking at them but they all have more miles than my truck has... I've heard diesels go more miles than gassers... right?
Don't let the high mileage scare you. I bought mine with 163,000 on the clock. Now has 200,000 trouble free miles. Mine does not use a drop of oil. 5.9 Cummins are million mile motors if maintained.
