Doable, but will require some planning.
I take a opposite approach.
When cold weather camping, I run the generator when the power is needed.... At night. In the morning, my batteries are fully charged, and easily handle the daytime power draw. Unless the temps are cloder than 20. In that case, it usually means daytime temps never get above freezing. In that case the generator is run non stop. I have equipped my TT with a severe cold weather package which includes heat tape and insulation on all waterlines. And this requires AC to work. My TT should have riunning water at -45f.. We haven't been that cold, but have to -12f a few times with no issues. We do go thru a lot of fuel though.
Camping these temps is not for casual campers. There will be no sitting around outside having a beer (it would freeze anyway) rather it is more like survival mode. The TT is a warm functional residence to get out of the cold for a while to recharge for the next outdoor excursion. The great thing is that there are never any neighbors to be concerned about... Any other campers around are doing the exact same thing.","body@stripHtml({\"removeProcessingText\":false,\"removeSpoilerMarkup\":false,\"removeTocMarkup\":false,\"truncateLength\":200})@stringLength":"203","kudosSumWeight":0,"repliesCount":0,"postTime":"2020-02-01T01:11:45.000-08:00","lastPublishTime":"2020-02-01T01:11:45.000-08:00","metrics":{"__typename":"MessageMetrics","views":616},"visibilityScope":"PUBLIC","placeholder":false,"originalMessageForPlaceholder":null,"isEscalated":null,"solution":false,"entityType":"FORUM_REPLY","eventPath":"grouphub:TravelTrailer/category:TRAVELCENTER/community:feyqc97479board:TravelTrailerforum-board/message:3283786/message:3283814","replies":{"__typename":"MessageConnection","pageInfo":{"__typename":"PageInfo","hasNextPage":false,"endCursor":null,"hasPreviousPage":false,"startCursor":null},"edges":[]},"customFields":[],"attachments":{"__typename":"AttachmentConnection","edges":[],"pageInfo":{"__typename":"PageInfo","hasNextPage":false,"endCursor":null,"hasPreviousPage":false,"startCursor":null}},"readOnly":false,"editFrozen":false,"body@stringLength":"1557","rawBody":"

I don't work for them, but have been through several trailers and pulled thousands of miles.
I have been far colder and hotter than that in Arizona. Most any TT will do OK at the mild temps you describe.
My present TT had running water down to about 7 degrees, with day time temps never getting above freezing. 115 is pretty common in Phoenix.
My previous TT with exposed tanks was good into the teens many times. The only issue was the dunp valves froze. Simply waited till We got warmer temps to dump. Had I expected those temps with that TT, I would have put some antifreeze in them to lower the freeze point a few degrees.","body@stripHtml({\"removeProcessingText\":false,\"removeSpoilerMarkup\":false,\"removeTocMarkup\":false,\"truncateLength\":200})@stringLength":"203","kudosSumWeight":0,"repliesCount":0,"postTime":"2020-01-25T00:11:15.000-08:00","lastPublishTime":"2020-01-25T00:11:15.000-08:00","metrics":{"__typename":"MessageMetrics","views":630},"visibilityScope":"PUBLIC","placeholder":false,"originalMessageForPlaceholder":null,"isEscalated":null,"solution":false,"entityType":"FORUM_REPLY","eventPath":"grouphub:TravelTrailer/category:TRAVELCENTER/community:feyqc97479board:TravelTrailerforum-board/message:3283786/message:3283806","replies":{"__typename":"MessageConnection","pageInfo":{"__typename":"PageInfo","hasNextPage":false,"endCursor":null,"hasPreviousPage":false,"startCursor":null},"edges":[]},"readOnly":false,"editFrozen":false,"body@stringLength":"1286","rawBody":"
