4 season trailer brands available southerners

All the good 4 season trailers seem to be in Oregon. Need a good build for down in the Mississippi area. Does cost much to have one delivered? Any reccommendations for a brand available down south?
  • LazyDays in Tampa (and Arizona) carries Lance. Dunno about their prices though. Actually a visit to their huge sales lot is a lot of fun, as it's heavily shaded with old Live Oaks and plantings. And they had several Lance models on display that you could thoroughly check out w/o being pestered by a salesman. There's also a cafeteria (but we missed lunch) that was very popular with campers from the attached campground. Quite an operation.

There's another dealer in KY too. One in Delaware. So at least there are a few around the East coast. More than the Northwood family trailers AFAIK.

WoodGlue: Ocean Grove was the dealer I was thinking of. Unless things have changed in the last 2 years, they only sell Lance TC's, Palominos, & select models of Jayco's towable and fifth wheel lines. We looked at a Lance 992 they had in 2011 when we were considering trading our fifth wheel. Nice TC, but we couldn't get used to the way smaller space and the deal they offered was less than attractive.
  • Just an aside and no offense intended... Bought my gently used F-350 7.3 dually from St. Augustine Ford at the end of May 04. While happy to see a nearby Lance dealer, I talked to Ocean Grove in June, same year, as I was looking for a Lance TC... either a model 1121 or 1161. I was dead serious and apparently they misread me. They wouldn't budge. In July I bought an 04 1121 in Bath, N.Y., traveled about 2,000 miles round trip, paid cash and saved nearly 5 grand... a lot of diesel fuel and camping. Perhaps they're a "lil bit" hungrier today... LOL.

Don't know how the OP will fare in Mississippi, but Lance and AF towable dealers are scarce as hen's teeth in the Southeast. Come to think of it, I know of only one Lance TC dealer within a 2 hour drive of my home.
  • If you're talking about new, Arctic Fox will cost you in the neighborhood of 2500 to 3000 to have delivered from Oregon. Worth it? Maybe, depends on how bad you want one. I have a 31W And I'd go get it if I bought a new one. I've owned a tincan and the quality of Northwood beats them hands down.
  • I would suggest check www.lifestylelrv.com - this is a well built 5th wheel and excellent frame made by American. That is something for you to look into this.
