Carries a heavy camper a few times a year. Tows a few times a year. Payload is 3.5k lbs, carrying it comfortably.
I didn't buy it for the gas mileage, but combined gas mileages town and highway is about 11.5-12 mpg. Not complaining about it. It weighs 3.5 tons empty.
You get what you pay for, most of the time. The 6.2 L engine and the Ford chassis are quality stuff.
Gonna call you out on your 3500lb payload. Your 2016 truck weighs 7000lbs. Subtract that from, at best, a 10,000 GVWR, you got a payload of 3000lbs.
