I'm at 4K miles on my 6.4 and my mpgs seem to have improved a bit. I get similar to the OP under similar conditions. My average for mixed hwy/city is typically 13.5-14. I was getting closer to 12-13 at first. I may have also had a tank or two of winter fuel when I first got the truck that hurt the mpgs some.
I'm very pleased with the mileage I'm getting. My previous diesel got about 15.5 under the same conditions. To be within 2-3 mpgs with gas vs. diesel is very respectable I'd say.
