The anti-wear additives are no longer used to make the greenies happy. Ford tested oils to check for wear, and now many no longer pass those tests. There is no mention of high mileage or commercial use, wear is wear. It's your truck, so if increased wear is what you want, use whatever you want.
Yet Shell states that their new ck4 oil provides better wear protection than did their previous CJ4 oi.
