No, removing the silencer doe nothing but increase sound and increase power. IT DOES NOT INCREASE EMISSIONS OR EFFECT ANYONE ELSE'S LUNGS.. Please learn how these emissions equipment work before you speak because you are making yourself look like someone who does not know what they are talking about.
