There is no magic.
Your capacity will be slightly less than twice what a single 12 V battery was.
It still is not good on the batteries to draw them too low so it will be best to top them off with the generator for a couple of hours a day. And if the weather keeps up like it has been, you will need A/C anyway.
From what one other RVer has told me about his CPAP experience, I suspect that you will be lucky to get 2-3 days, along with all of your other "normal" daily useage without some charging; maybe not even that.
