DW and I kinda fly by the he seat of our pants... We have a vacation home just outside of Nashville so we blew by it and drove through Tennessee and then through Kentucky and we are currently having lunch in Illinois. We are not retired (mid fifties) and have three weeks total. Sooooo, we r anxious to get to Colorado so we do as much as possible there. We've been to all of the states between FL and CO. So far, a pretty uneventful day.... The scenery through Tennessee blue ridge and Cumberland was beautiful and corn and wheat fields for as far as the eye can see in Kentucky. Maintaining a solid 70mph and a solid 6.8mpg.... If I slow it to 60mph I jump up to 7.8mpg. Right now time ha more value than money.... Did I say that???
