Day 3: 570 miles covered! We are at the west end of Kansas just outside of Colorado! We land tomorrow! Okay, so today it got real! So a couple of questions looking for help.
1- I had to make a complete stop on a steep incline coming off of a service road onto a very busy road. So I had to accelerate, get up to speed, and turn onto the roadway. During this the check engine light came on and stayed on. Van drove perfectly all day otherwise. Any way to reset the check engine light?
2- black waste tank indicator is showing full... No way. Any quick fix?
3- bought a new gas cap cause internet said that is the number one cause of the check engine light. Truck runs perfect but if I shut it off I have to open the gas cap or the truck won't start??? Put old cap back on and it seems perfect. Anyone ever hear of such a thing???
Otherwise another perfect day! Cool weather! Windows open! Radio blasting! Great food! Beautiful farmland! Rolling hills!!! Life is good! God is great!!!
