WOW.. I went hunting at my heaviest.. 300 lbs and I couldn't breath by the time I got to my deer stand.
Shortly after that I was diagnosed with high BP, Diabetes, and a reduced life expectancy.
Guess what? I'm 225 now.... but I still have to battle the medical demons of the past.
Reading this I forgot that this was a TT thread. Frankly, I am not nearly as concerned about your stuff as I am him having a serious medical condition while "in the woods." Not throwing stones here.. I have BEEN THERE... If he goes you may want to make sure that you have decent access for medical professionals because if 400 lbs of human (he will be over 400 lbs by the time gear is on and actually in the woods... I guarantee you that you will not be able to manhandle that much dead weight unless you are the Hulk.
