Thanks for all the reply's, I hope you all see this post and recomment. He has been in my trailer once before and used the pot and then back out when his family came up for the day, so he dose fit in with a squeeze. Yes, I believe he is one that thinks everything should hold him and has made mention of me bringing my trailer up there.
What do you all thing about this? I have wooden steps I built for here at the house to reduce wear as I myself am 230 pounds. That takes care of the steps. If he gets uses outside shower and port-a-bucket, do you believe the beds and 5/8 plywood floor should be fine. I might even give up my queen bed since it is on a frame all by itself and not hung on the wall, or do you think the full size rear bead hung on wall is just as strong?
