I'm 6'-1" and 320 lbs. We are on our second trailer and have never had any issue. I don't imagine much would change if I was carrying my 65lb kid with me while I moved about in the trailer. Shower floor, toilet, and entry steps will be the concerns. And obviously he needs to stay out of the bunk beds.
