Try to find one that is a one owner or two owner with a service history. Lack of maintenance can add up on an otherwise nice truck. A truck can have low mileage but lack of fluid changes can lead to sludge and problems you don't want. I agree with the previous posts as 3/4 ton is probably your best bet with tow ratings.
