I have not seen such ratings from Carlisle until the RH series came out. Why they do not advertise or publish this information on their website is unknown, but they freely provide the information when you contact them.
I've looked at D load rated tires in 14" and for me it required a new wheel because the tire required 80psi. The D load rating is typically well over the trailers gross rating that run 14" tires, I found it pointless and not economical to even think about it.
