Must be an older chart for the speed ratings. As I posted before, in talking to a gentleman a Carlisle last Fall (Oct or so), he stated they have changed the speed ratings on some tires due to a gov't tariff placed on those sizes.
What is interesting is Carlisle stated "All RH Tires" are rated for 81mph. But maybe the 16" have been updated as well from the 75mph rating I was told they have???
I haven't seen anything on Carlisles site yet either about the new model tires. Maybe the next month or so. Though I would probably go with the RH's over the brand new model (no real world tests).
