Not seeing it it's difficult to tell. As to the components reaching their useful life... not necessarily so. Depends on the unit, how much use, and the care it has had. Many components last literally decades. My camper is a 1995, with a 2001 fridge, so sometimes things don't last long all... There are no guarantees with a camper this old, but I would not pass up on it for this reason. If it all works, there is no water damage and is solid the price is great! I paid $2,500 for my 1995 2 years ago and have put more than that into it for upgrades, but it was completely usable as it was.
