But times change and slowly so do opinions
I think you hit the basic points
The main one is the higher profile
As I said before if I was putting it on a pop up Id go the newer cub and find out about the yamaha 2400 gen or ?
One interesting thing is the mach 1 ps dosent come with a start cap. just a run cap. They say it dosent need it . I have a supco soft start that didnt do me any good on the penguin ac on my camper now I may see how that reacts ,if it makes any diff. when I get one
Whatever you buy be aware you have to buy the top unit and the ceiling unit seperatly most on line places
When I was looking today it looked like PPL has a good price

Also if you can add wires you can get a ceiling unit without controls and use a wall teestat , that way fhe fan motor dosent run between compressor cycles, costs about 130.00 more but Im considering that
Victory 402 go to rvcomfort.com , hit rv products at the top theres tec data & lit that drops down theres a section that tels you where on the unit the model #`s located , with that you can enter the model # of any unit they made and pull up the data sheet on it
