I had this exact problem in my Eagle Cap. Same lights you mentioned were all on the same circuit. I took everyone of the switches apart, cleaned ends and put it back together. It started working again so it is worth a try on your part. You could also try jumping switches to see if there is a bad contact within a switch in the circuit.
