96 f350 dually extended cab diesel
How much weight can I expect this truck to handle with any modifications . Sorry if this is a noob question, But just trying to get in this truck camper lifestyle. Thanks for any advice.

Doesn't seem like it carries that much weight, with the weight of todays truck campers does it?
Thanks for the insight. Is that with no mods to the suspension? Thanks in advance.- My 2000 F350 weighs 8500lbs and GVWR is 11,200. That's only 2700lbs, your truck can carry more.And yet without the stableloads my overloads aren't even being used yet.
- Interesting discussion. Worked with two F series trucks, long box extended cab, one a SRW 460 one a dually diesel. Camper 3000#, extended hitch and small cargo trailer, both trucks felt light in the front with as produced front springs. I chose to use 351 gasser springs with air bags, set alignment with camper on, tire wear OK and truck drives nice, air bags on the stock rear suspension.
