I enjoy out-pulling new trucks under a load up the mountains.
It takes a lot more than just a tuner and injectors to do it under those conditions, but anyone who thinks it can’t be done needs to meet the wrong old man who built cars all his life. :)
Load yours up to 24,500 combined and we can have a go at it! You pick the hill. Chris
Even if an old Ram can be made to pull I'd still rather be going 50 mph up the hill driving a new gas powered truck than driving an old '99 Ram with ear muffs on blowing black smoke out my tailpipe at 70 mph. - Me_AgainExplorer III

Wait until you meet the wrong old man that has tuned his new truck. :) - burningmanExplorer III enjoy out-pulling new trucks under a load up the mountains.

sucks the newest truck was not the new Ram. why change brands for a stupid test. New should always be the fastest.

:h I believe they said 2018 Ram.
The testing makes one wonder if horsepower figures are not the truth.
Stock RAM's have never been noted as speed demons in drag races. And new ones have lots of torque management at lower speeds. - LynnmorExplorer

chevman - 4x4ordExplorer IIII think our stock 1.5 liter Honda Civic would hang a lickin on any of these diesels. As slow as my truck is I seldom see a need to feed it more than about 1/4 throttle.
