I have Chevy 3500 Dually, What type of suspension upgrades will I need for this camper and truck combination.

I went with the 5000 pound Supersprings first.
The truck rear bumper still sags 4 1/4-inches when the AF 1140 and gear on board is loaded.
The upper overloads are engaged with the camper loaded.
This is my 09 Chevy dually with only Supersprings and lower stable loads fully loaded with AF 1140 wet and ready to go. I even removed one of the two leafs on the Supersprings so this is with a single leaf only. I am surprised to hear how much your Ford sags.
