The truck in my sig. has Stable Loads and I love them. I have airbags too but they are mostly a waste. I would do the stable loads first as others have recommended then decide if you need a sway bar and lastly air bags. if you have a sag to one side then yes, airbags are a good way to correct that if they are valved separately.
