From what I was told by EC's former General manager is that Adventurer did receive the molds, but since Adventurer is not at all interested in doing the actual fiberglass work (unlike the former EC), outsourced the molds and the associated work to one of their local area supplier/vendors...
The GM also told me that it is NOT necessarily a requirement to remove the EC nose piece in its entirety since it is often possible to make repairs (if needed...) from inside the TC by cutting and R&R the mattress deck from the interior....
I'm also doubtful that the front nose piece dimensions have changed in any significant way, the lower portion is cut to fit a particular model....I'd identify and contact the vendor, always good to get a second and expert opinion...
