The 55 thing is to do with California speed limit for trailers. If you are pulling a trailer in CA then that is your speed limit. As the OP also shows CA as his location that is what he referenced to.
To the OP, you'll be sorry and someday be back. I understand wanting more room for you daughter and her friends. I have been from TCs to MHs (up to 36' diesel pushers) to 5th wheels (from 20' to 38') and I'm back to TCs again and plan on staying till I quite RVing. I have at one time had 2 5ers, a big one for long vacations and a smaller one for weekends. Also have had a 5er and TC at the same time for the same thing.
