What's wrong with 55? It's safer, gets better gas mileage and it the speed limit on many roads that RVs travel on back roads.
There's no need for excess speed while towing thousands of pounds. we'll make sure to stay out of your way. I can't imagine doing 80 while towing.
You haven't driven on I5 in the Central Valley then. It's 2 lanes - one lane (left) is the fast lane, the other is the slow lane because all the trucks are in it.
Until you get one behind two trucks, one doing 57 in the left lane, and the other doing 53 right lane. Trying to get a hole to pass the truck doing 45 uphill on I5 can be outright dangerous at times.
Me, I prefer 65. It's the sweet spot for fuel, power, and noise...
