We have had the same experience as most everyone here. Three type 29 Deka AGM's with stock Lance charging system, 150 watts of solar, and a built in generator for the past 5 years. It has been flawless with no special efforts. We clean the terminals annually. Never had a dead battery condition nor loss of power. We highly recommend AGM technology, it has been trouble free so far.
