A truck camper with no propane vent for 5 years

Please, we could use some advice. We are looking at a camper that hasn't had a propane vent on it for at least 5 years in Oregon weather, and it rains all the time here. We figure that water had to ...

Your last post does not sound good that only the screen is there with no cover. I have pulled my cover before and water would go in and on all kinds of bad spots. If this is near one of the front jacks you might want to stand back as it it raised off the truck. I think I can smell the musty aroma from here.
