The answer is yes to everything you said l, if you have to ask the question.
Truck will handle it barely and will be a turd up hill and at altitude.
Smaller camper or bigger truck is in order. Minimum would be a top of the line 1/2 ton. Preferably a 3/4ton for added comfort and capacity.
