Unless cost is no object, I would go with the twin generators. They are the most versatile of your choices. They will run what you have with the minimum money spent, light enough to move around, and will work great when you go back to a TC. I will admit, an electric start Honda would be nice.
I will not bite on the noise of the Champion versus the Honda other than to say at the race track it probably makes no difference, and you spend many thousands on a truck and trailer/camper just to choke up on a few hundred dollars for a relatively quiet generator.
