If you think you want to add the truck starting battery to your available battery bank in your camper, you are making a big mistake. At some time, probably when it is the most inconvenient, you will find yourself with a dead truck battery. You would be very wise to add an isolator to the hot line from the truck to prevent discharging the truck battery.
FYI: I have the Novacool refrigerator in my "B" class van and find it is much better than the gas absorption. With two batteries (in addition to the chassis battery which is isolated from the camper batteries), I have never had dead camper batteries.
