I would not leave the truck battery connected to work in concert with the camper battery to keep the fridge cold. Yes, the 200 watt solar if connected with a good charge controller and healthy batteries could keep up if you are getting quality sun every day.
Personally I would add a second deep cycle battery to the camper and invest in a good battery monitor to make sure I wasn't discharging too far over night or on cloudy days.
