My A/C is Fickled and sometimes I have to pull the fuse and reinsert it, and then it works.
I have solar and run fans, one for the dog and one for me, even when I am sleeping.
Travel during the heat of the day, using the truck A/C, camp in the evening.
Sit outside in the shade and sleep outside. (I boondock and have lots of privacy)
Couple of cold brief showers and wet down dog.
