A/C gasket

Question

Just wondering if there is something better than the foam gasket for the roof connection on the a/c. It finally rained in California and now I have a small leak at that connection. It just seems that if will still leak with the stock foam gasket. There has to be something better. Thanks

Maybe yours need tighten down some.They are 4 bolts that do that.Just don't tighten it too much or a leak can start that way also.All AC gaskets or foam type. And they are thousands that don't leak.

Mine leaked just a little.  I tightened all of the bolts another turn and no leak since.

I am missing one bolt, I'll get it replaced and see if that's the problem. Thanks for the reply.
