Of course my comments are "constructive". :) As long as these types of posts continue - i.e. my "xxxx" is broken, what's wrong with it?" - without providing any pertinent details about the device we're discussing the more we'll all continue to simply guess at the the OP may be talking about. The simple solution is for the OP, whomever he or she may be, to provide this pertinent technical information in their post. Seems "obvious" to me and if the repair involves replacement parts you can bet the OP will have to provide this information anyway in order to get the right part. My second reply to the OP was simply to explain this, not to "belittle" anyone. :R
