This is my point SoundGuy. I do not know what the "pertinent" information is that you need in order to provide help. Sure it seems obvious to you, you have the answers. When I know the answers it would be obvious to me too, but then I wouldn't be asking a question.
For me it is not obvious, which is why I asked, and why anyone on this forum asks anything.
