We checked the Tow Vehicle and all lights are working as they should be. I will check the “Cruise Control Brake Switch” later today, I feel that's the culprit. My Cruise Control comes on, it doesn’t set... which leads me to believe the brake switch for it is broken and it thinks the brakes are pressed. That would/could send current back through the brake system telling the "Brake Controller" the brakes are pressed when they are not. I have read that Chevy Tahoe’s are known for that issue.
