You ordered the next one down because you just put in your length, not your make and model. You bought # 52242 and is only 291" long,(9" less) 100 " high( same) and 90" wide ( 6" less). As a result your extra wide and rather tall trailer is using up some of the height because the cover is not long enough or wide enough to give you the slack you need. I am confident that if you call and explain that you need the next size up, they will exchange for you. Hope this helps. The required info to enter is the exact trailer make and model because as I mentioned they are custom fit for different brands. Your TT is 7 ft shorter than my Bullet, BUT is 11" higher and 6" wider.
I see what you mean. Thanks for the help. I ordered the cover from PPL Motorhomes on-line and they only asked for length. Didn't ask a thing about make or model. I guess I'll call PPL and see what they want to do. I originally thought it was an ADCO manufacturing issue but I guess it's just a selection issue. I'll post the results of my call when I get this resolved.
