I have an brand new ADCO trailer cover and I need some assistance from the manufacturer. Anybody have an email for ADCO? All that's on their web site is an email for marketing literature. I sent a message to that one about a week ago and haven't heard back so I guess marketing didn't forward it to the tech support group like I asked.Just wondering if anyone might have a direct email address for tech support so I can get in touch with them and send them some pictures. I'll probably try to give them a call next week.

I called them at their 800 # above. .. Quick response and they sent me free patch fabric from some holes that wore through after a year. MAKE SURE you cover all sharp edges on top ( antenna, awning edges, drip spouts) and bottom ( stair edges, bottom molding edges) with pieces of foam taped on or pool noodles or else the wind all winter will wear holes right through which is not warranted.

Thanks.My problem is not wear. I've never even used the cover. The problem is it comes up about a foot on the side wall of the trailer. That puts the buckles on the paint job. Additionally, the straps under the trailer are about 2 feet too short. Seems odd to me and I would like them to tell me how to resolve the problem. The reason I didn't call first is I wanted them to have a half a dozen pictures so they could see what I was talking about without me having to describe the problem. I just figured pictures would be better.
