You are missing out on a critical point here.
Regardless of how many batteries you have, you must replace the energy that you use from them.
If you have 1 battery or 4, you still are going to have to put BACK the same amount of energy to keep them charged.
That means the same amount of sunlight or roughly the same generator run time.
Unless you anticipate being able to plug into shore power every 3 days or so, an extra battery won't really gain you much....or anything. The generator will still have to run for about the same total time as before. NOt as often maybe but longer.
