I had an exterior television output. I disconnected it inside at the antenna plate and rerouted that cable to a new coaxial cable wallplate I added. Worked great on my last camping trip where the CG had cable TV. So I have to connect the TV to which sources' wallplate I desire.
Otherwise, yup, running a cable through the wall is your best option. I saw a kit on Amazon that was an exterior jack, interior wall plate, and a 12" cable to connect the two, under $20.
My exterior cable input is on the wrong side for connections since it was originally an output so I run the coax under the TT. Cable connections are near the power pedestal. You may want to come in on the side your television is on.
