The current hole for the A/C is framed to support the weight. That's where it should go, not in a new hole.
Take the Fantastic fan out and move it to the bathroom. I moved my high powered fan to the bathroom. Works great there.
I thought that was part of the question- location intended (and reinforced) for AC. Is it known the forward vent hole over bed allows for AC?
Just never seen AC directly over bed in a T/C. Most that have vent over bed, AC hole allowance further back.
As to the Fantastic in bath, while I'd rather have one in bath than the 'whir and buzz' unit, guess I'm odd man out. I wouldn't use bath fan to circulate air in camper. Plus a good deal of the time bath door is closed-especially when cold.
