As for the power mirrors, sometimes a special wiring harness can be added. That might be something for you to look into. It's likely big buck$ to for that though.
My Ford dealer ordered the parts and tried to add towing mirrors to another customer's truck and after many hours and many dollars still couldn't get them to work. They can be added to the last generation F150 but can't to the new ones.
