I have a 2011 f250 diesel, The wife and I installed Firestone airbags on our truck ourselves, really wasn't that hard of a do it yourself job.
Using a wireless controller, raising and lower the rear on the truck really eases raising and lower the tongue for hooking up and unhooking my 15K lb Reese WDH bars. After the WD bars are hooked up I lower the airbags pressure down and let the WD bars do their job.
Traveling down the highways I fine adjust my ride height, I found this to really helpful in the trailer towing straight.
You won't regret having the airbags, I highly suggest paying a little more for the wireless controller.
The airbags allow you to raise or level your truck when needed, without giving you a rock hard jarring ride all the time.
