Adjustable hitch bar by Pro-Pride?

I go a new TV. Since the new TV is taller than my old TV in need a new Hensley Stinger. Has anyone use the Adjustable hitch bar by Pro-Pride?

Hitch Bar by Pro Pride

Hensley implies that the adjustable hitch is not as strong as the welded hitch bar.

Yup... I found out the same thing about 3 years back. Sean at propride only cares about his "full" hitch buying customers. Good luck getting just this part from him.

Heck, even current owners end up with the short straw looking for parts he advertises or even brags about. For example, on the Air Stream forum he bragged about his orange hitch adapter allowing someone to move the trailer using a standard ball for emergencies or parking lot maneuvers (at the dealer for example). Brag brag brag...then he disappears when ProPride owners inquire. The guy is slippery I tell ya...slippery like a Politician.

  • No problems with my adjustable stinger that came with my 3P back in Oct '12. We have done fully loaded trips from MN to Yellowstone twice and Florida once, and the Black Hills several times.
Fantastic hitch with a fantastic adjustable stinger.
  • I have the adjustable stinger from pro pride... plenty tough for my 31' Jayco - 11,000 lbs
