The Adventurer 116DS will be our next TC. We have the 910FBS and really love it, but we would love the comfort of the sofa. My 910 has more counter space than any camper we've seen to date.
We are pleased with the finishes of our TC and find it comparable to AF or Lance. I think that you get a lot for your $$. Adventurer utilizes every bit of space for more storage.
You might look at the 910FBS. It really feels larger inside and is not as heavy as the 116. Ours weighs out at 4300# wet. We have a DRW and use no airbags. We have no issues except a small amount of sway if it's windy. We may get stable loads at some point.
Make sure you get HJ dually bracket extensions. Our dealer didn't put the right ones on and we only have 1/2" clearance. An issue that will soon be rectified.
