I agree. That's about what it took me.
From unhooking the trailer, leveling, unfolding the bags on the beds and putting the clothes bags/food in the trailer, I can't see 10 minutes. Especially for the OP who is at least ten years older than I am.
After 30 minutes, the kids are asleep in their bags* and I am completely done with no other things to do, including deploying the awning.
*On weekend trips, we usually arrive at 1-2AM on a Saturday, because we like waking up in our trailer on Saturday morning.
The RPod sounds awesome. It's the one trailer I've never seen...
