I have a pure sine waveinvertor I mounted behind my panel. A fair way from the battery but the feed cables to the convertor are adequate, I just made sure I put a resetable circuit breaker in to make sure It does not draw too much. This invertor auto switches when shore power is lost so I have been able to pull a few of the 110 runs off the convertor panel so they become hot with invertor power automatically. I only run the tV, bedside outlets, a bath outlet and the outlets at my table for my laptop. Generally speaking you should putan invertor as close to the batteries as possible.
