If you have 14v at the back of the truck you are getting charging to that point .
If you are getting 14v at the camper end of the cable extension from the back of the truck that is ok .
So the problem is between the camper plug and the batteries . Is there a fuse in the charge line in the camper some place ? Take the camper plug apart and check for burnt , loose or broken charge wire .
