Advice Needed re Camper Electrical Problem

Thanks for the reply. I don't know the gauge of the wiring in the camper, nor of the wires inside the cable that connect the camper to the truck. Those exterior cables (camper to huge plug, huge plug and cable to back of truck) are about 1/2" in diameter INcluding the insulation. This was the setup the original owner of the camper had, as well as the second owner, from whom I bought it. I've owned the camper since December 2013.

This issue didn't start until after the battery theft. The repair shop speculated that maybe something happened *during* the theft, when cables in the battery compartment might have touched things they shouldn't have. On the other hand, they could find nothing else wrong with the system, including fuses, converter/inverter, etc.
